Judy, Suzy, Anita, Kathy (RDH), Sandy, Jennifer, Emmy, Cassie, Kassy, Kathy (Business) & of course Dr. Kolpin.On Monday evening this week I was apprehensive about having another crown. Tuesday morning arrived and I checked in with Suzy (who is always positive, as are all the staff) and waited for Cassie to show me to my chair.
The atmosphere was calm and Cassie settled me in with U2 mp3 player. Dr. Thompson then applied Novocain. After a few minutes all systems go!!
Dr. Thompson settled in to preparing the tooth and Cassie was on hand. I was rocking away to U2. Within 30 minutes or so we were ready to scan the area for the crown development. I know I am going on a bit but wanted to express my thanks and admiration to all of you as professionals. The crown was in place perfectly fitted by your brilliant lady dentist.
